Several people over the last month have asked why my cartoons do not appear in the Argus Leader anymore. I still submit weekly toons to them, but I charge a $10 usage fee for using them. Like I have mentioned before, the Argus has only paid me for three of my toons, the rest were all voluntary. I decided to charge for usage because I charge other newspapers across the state the same price, and felt this was only fair.
