TERRY REDLIN STINKS!

A few years back a wrote a letter to the Argus Leader protesting the naming of a SF elementary school after SD ‘Illustrator’ Terry Redlin. Well the fine people at the Terry Redlin museum thought it would be appropriate to frame the letter and hang it in their lobby. That was about 8 years ago! Well it is still there. Ah, get over it! Here’s some pictures just took yesterday. (Hat tip, Chris and Jeff). If I wasn’t so lazy, I would re-type the letter. (If you save the JPG to your desktop and maximize it a bit, you should be able to read it).
THIS IS AN EMAIL I SENT THE MUSEUM TODAY:
I had some friends recently visit your museum to see the ‘Illustrations’ of Terry Redlin. Like many of my friends that come by, they always get a good ‘chuckle’ out of my letter (nicely framed, BTW) in the lobby. Several of my friends and family have taken their picture next to it. I tell people it is the ONLY tourist attraction in Watertown. Terry has made himself a millionaire ‘selling’ his brand of South Dakota nostalgia to the rest of the world, and how does he honor SD for this priviledge? He builds a museum in honor of himself! And I’m the only other SD artist to be on display there! Fabulous!
